03.The power of the nest cannot be turned off

Unplug the power cord from the outlet.

LOVOT 2.0
There are two ways to power off the Nest.

Normal Shutdown: First, try turning it off using this method.
Forced Shutdown: Try this method only if normal shutdown doesn't work.
(Note: Forced shutdown without an emergency may cause a system error.)

Normal Shutdown
Press and hold the power button (for about 3 seconds) until the power LED starts flashing white, then release it.
Once the power LED turns off, unplug the device from the outlet.

Forced Shutdown
Press and hold the power button on the Nest for about 15 seconds.
(The power LED will flash white while you hold it down, but continue pressing it.)
Once the power LED turns off, unplug the device from the outlet.
If the power LED does not turn off after holding the power button for about 15 seconds, unplug the device from the outlet.
