03.The power of the nest cannot be turned off

There are two ways to turn off the power of the nest.

Normally, please turn off the power by “1. Normal shutdown”.

Please try “2. Forced shutdown” only if the power does not turn off by “1. Normal shutdown”.

*Unnecessary and urgent forced shutdown may cause malfunction.

1. Normal shutdown Press and hold the power button on the nest (for about 3 seconds), and release your finger when the power LED starts blinking white. When the power LED goes off, unplug the plug from the outlet.
2. Forced shutdown Press and hold the power button on the nest (for about 15 seconds). (The power LED will blink white when you press and hold it, but please keep pressing it) When the power LED goes off, unplug the plug from the outlet.

If the power LED does not go off by pressing and holding the power button (for about 15 seconds), unplug the plug from the outlet.
