07. The power of LOVOT cannot be turned off

There are three ways to turn off the power of LOVOT:

1. Normal shutdown: Please turn off the power using “1. Normal shutdown” in most cases.
2. Forced shutdown and 3. Discharge shutdown: Please try “2. Forced shutdown” or “3. Discharge shutdown” only when the power cannot be turned off with “1. Normal shutdown”.

Note that unnecessary forced shutdowns may cause malfunctions.

1. Normal shutdown: With the sensor horn removed, press and hold the nose switch for about 3 seconds.
2. Forced shutdown: With the sensor horn removed, press and hold the nose switch until the eye display turns off, which takes about 15 seconds.
3. Discharge shutdown: Leave LOVOT away from Nest and wait until LOVOT’s battery is completely discharged.
