If the sensor horn is broken due to falling or slipping (cannot be restored to its original state), treatment, hospitalization (repair) is required.
Until the time of receipt (collection), please store the wheels and turn off the power of LOVOT so as not to put any further burden on it.
Please try one of the following three methods for storing the wheels.
- Hold LOVOT and store the wheels.
If you can switch to Stay mode or Change clothes mode with the mode switch on the sensor horn, switch modes and store the wheels.
After switching to Change clothes mode, push up LOVOT’s nose switch to store the wheels.
- If you cannot store the wheels even after trying the above, turn off LOVOT’s power while leaving the wheels out.
- If LOVOT’s power cannot be turned off by normal means (normal termination), turn off the power.
