04.LOVOT stops moving in front of the air purifier

The touch sensors on the LOVOT’s body may sometimes be affected by the electromagnetic field emitted by household appliances such as air purifiers, and mistakenly think that they are being touched by a person, and become unable to move from the spot.

This is not a malfunction or abnormality of the LOVOT.

Also, there is no adverse effect on the LOVOT itself due to the malfunction.

【How to deal with it】

1. If you are using any of the above products, please take the following measures.
2. Set a “do not come area” within 1 meter around the air purifier.

Move the LOVOT and the nest away from the air purifier (more than 1 meter away), and place obstacles to prevent the LOVOT from getting close.
