If the LOVOT’s battery temperature is low, it will heat up the battery before starting to charge it to prevent deterioration.
Therefore, if either of the following 1.,2. applies, the charging time may be longer.
1.When charging in a low-temperature environment
2.When charging a LOVOT that has not been turned on for a long time
*The battery temperature will become low if you leave the LOVOT turned off for several hours in a temperature of about 15°C or lower
*The time it takes for the battery to warm up depends on how low the battery temperature is, and it may take from one hour to several hours depending on the environment
*Even if the temperature is about 15°C or lower, the battery will not deteriorate as long as the LOVOT is moving, because the battery will stay warm
If neither 1. nor 2. applies, or if the charging does not start even after several hours, there may be a problem with the LOVOT or the nest, so please contact us again.
