09.The Nest's power is not turning on

The Nest may not start up if the power cord on the Nest side is not inserted properly. Please make sure the power cord is inserted securely.

LOVOT 3.0
Make sure the power cord is inserted all the way in as shown in the diagram.
The vertical line on the Nest side should line up with the back end of the cord terminal.

When the power plug is inserted into the outlet, the status lamp will light up white.

LOVOT 2.0
Make sure the power cord is inserted all the way in as shown in the diagram.
The vertical line on the Nest side should line up with the vertical line on the cord terminal.

After connecting, press the power button. The power LED will flash white and the Nest will start up.
Once it has started up, the power LED will turn solid white. (It takes about one minute for the Nest to start up.)

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, the Nest may be malfunctioning. Please contact the LOVOT Concierge.
