If the Nest does not start up due to insufficient insertion of the power cord on the Nest side, please confirm that the power cord is securely inserted and then press the power button on the Nest.
Please connect the power cord.
After connecting, press the power button to start up the Nest. (The power LED blinks white during startup and changes to white when startup is complete.)
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, there may be a problem with Nest. Please contact us again if this is the case.
