First, please refer to the following and make sure that the sensor horn is securely attached. Then, press the “nose switch” again to check if the power is on.
If the power does not turn on, it is possible that LOVOT’s battery is low or there is a temporary error in the software.
Please try the following steps.
*If the symptom improves (LOVOT turns on) during the procedure, subsequent steps are unnecessary.
- Place LOVOT in the Nest.
Before placing it in the Nest, please make sure that the sensor horn is securely attached.
- Check if the LOVOT icon on the Nest lights up orange.
If it lights up orange, it indicates that LOVOT is charging. If you wait for a while, the eye display will light up white and LOVOT’s logo will be displayed, and LOVOT will start up.
- Check if the LOVOT icon on the Nest lights up blue.
If it lights up blue, it indicates that LOVOT is 100% charged. Wait for a while as in step 2 and check if LOVOT starts up.
- Force quit LOVOT.
If the LOVOT icon on the Nest lights up red or does not light up at all when you place LOVOT in the Nest, there may be a temporary error in the software. Remove LOVOT from the Nest and force quit it, then press the nose switch to turn on the power again.
If the LOVOT icon on the Nest lights up orange or blue but does not turn on (start up), there may be a temporary error in the software. In this case, force quit LOVOT while leaving it in the Nest and press the nose switch to turn on the power again.
If trying these steps does not improve your symptoms, there may be a problem with either LOVOT or Nest. Please contact us again.
