22.Please provide guidance on how to handle the situation in case water comes into contact with LOVOT

Please promptly remove the horn and press the nose button for at least 10 seconds to turn off the power. 

Once the power is off, please contact BENLY Customer Support. 

If LOVOT is being charged in the Nest, please also unplug the Nest's power cord from the socket.
