The warranty period for LOVOT is 30 days from the contract start date, which can be confirmed through the customer portal.
If the LOVOT main body or Nest malfunctions during the warranty period under normal usage conditions, we will repair free of charge.
Items other than the LOVOT main body and Nest, such as bundled items (clothing, etc.), are not covered by the warranty.
