The LOVOT product warranty period is 30 days from the contract start date, which can be confirmed on the customer portal site.
If the LOVOT unit or Nest breaks down during the warranty period under normal use, we will repair it free of charge.
Please note that the warranty only applies to use within Japan.
If you are using the product overseas and experience a breakdown or malfunction, please contact BEX for LOVOT.
