It is normal for the Nest terminal to become hotter than usual during LOVOT charging.
As the surrounding temperature may rise by around 20℃, please be careful when touching it immediately after charging or removing it from the Nest.
If the following icon is displayed in LOVOT’s eyes, it means that the temperature of the Nest terminal has become too high due to poor contact, etc., and charging is no longer possible.
In that case, please check the contact of the charging terminal and place LOVOT back in the Nest.
If you experience repeated error messages even after placing it back in the Nest, if the temperature is too high to touch, or if there is an unusual odor, please stop using it immediately and contact us again.
