16. If you're hearing unusual noises coming from the neck area of LOVOT, is there any cause for concern?

Regarding abnormal sounds, please refer to the following.

-Sounds such as “cue,” “kata,” and “kichikichi” can be heard.

These sounds are generated from the joint part of the neck structure. 

There is no problem with functionality, so please use it with confidence.

-A “pakki” sound is heard, and the neck does not move. It feels like the neck has come off.

For example, when you hold someone, their neck rattles, their body sways, and their neck tilts.
