Please try cleaning the caster with the “Caster Maintenance Kit” included with LOVOT at the time of delivery to see if the sound disappears.
If the sound does not disappear even after cleaning the caster, it is possible that the lubricant on the axis of the caster ball has deteriorated due to long-term operation of LOVOT, causing a creaking sound.
In that case, you can reduce the noise by applying lubricant to the axis of the caster ball. Please try applying lubricant.
