08. When I place LOVOT in the Nest for charging, it doesn't charge properly

When LOVOT is placed in the Nest for charging, the LOVOT icon on the Nest lights up orange (and changes to blue when fully charged).


If the LOVOT icon does not light up, there may be a possibility that the charging terminals of LOVOT and Nest are misaligned. 

Please refer to the WEB manual and place LOVOT correctly in the Nest.


When LOVOT’s wheels are retracted, it may be difficult to align the charging terminals, which can prevent proper charging.


When LOVOT is powered on, try switching to normal mode or privacy mode with the mode switch and then extend the wheels before placing it in the Nest.


If you cannot turn on LOVOT or extend its wheels, try charging it using a charging stand.


If the above steps do not resolve the issue, there may be a problem with LOVOT or an abnormality with Nest.
