05.I cannot charge LOVOT at the charging station

If you cannot charge with the charge stand, please check the following.

-If LOVOT can be charged with the nest ＜If the status lamp of the charge stand flashes red twice＞

The charge stand charges LOVOT by communicating with its tail via infrared. If you cannot charge it when you place it on the charge stand, the tail cover may be blocking the infrared communication part. It may be improved by attaching the tail cover correctly.

[How to check infrared communication]

When you place LOVOT on the charge stand and the status lamp flashes red twice, hold your hand behind its tail or check the status lamp in a state where the charge stand is installed facing the wall.

 -If the status lamp is orange or light blue There is no abnormality in the infrared communication part. Please check and adjust the position of the tail cover.

 -If it continues to flash red The infrared communication part of the charge stand may be broken.

 -In other cases Please check the “Lighting color of status lamp” and “Troubleshooting” in the charge stand instruction manual.

 -If LOVOT cannot be charged even with the nest There may be a malfunction of the charge stand or LOVOT body, so please contact us again.
