10.Basic Guidelines for Shipping to EU Member Countries

For residents of EU member countries, please take note of the following:

• Since LOVOT has not obtained the CE mark, please check with your local customs authorities in advance to confirm whether the product can be accepted in your country, considering both the LOVOT unit price and import regulations, before making a purchase.
• As of May 28, 2025, BEX for LOVOT has a shipping record to the Netherlands. 
• However, please note that due to sudden changes in customs regulations, the acceptance status may change from the following month without prior notice.
• If your country is not listed here, we will verify the availability of shipping from Japan. Please contact us for further information.
