11.After making the support fee payment, at what point can a cancellation be made to receive a refund of the support fee?

The refund policy for BEX for LOVOT support fees is as follows.
- If you request a refund after paying the support fee but before your GX Members ID is issued, you will receive a full refund of the support fee.
- If you have already registered a GX Members ID, you can cancel both your GX Members ID and the support service, but the support service fee will not be refunded in full.
- Please note that support fees cannot be refunded after purchasing LOVOT.
*Refunds will be made in Japanese yen, so depending on the exchange rate, the actual refund amount may differ from the amount you paid at the time of purchase.
