11.After making the support fee payment, at what point can a cancellation be made to receive a refund of the support fee?

Below is BENLY's refund policy for support fees:

• If a refund request is made between the payment of the support fee and before the issuance of the GX Members ID, the full support fee amount will be refunded.

• If BENLY receives a refund request after the issuance of the GX Members ID, a refund of ¥110,000 will be provided out of the total ¥120,000.

• Please note that cancellations of LOVOT purchases and refunds of support fees are not possible after the purchase of LOVOT.
  • *Refunds will be processed in Japanese yen, and due to exchange rate fluctuations, the refunded amount may differ from the amount paid at the time of purchase.
